1. ABLIC's initiatives to automotive products
In ABLIC's automotive products, we have developed products that comply with the "IATF16949" quality management system and the "AEC-Q100" reliability standard for electronic components.
IATF16949 Certification Download
ABLIC has been building a process to comply with "ISO26262", the latest automotive functional safety standards, in December 2023, ABLIC acquired development process certification for ISO26262 from third-party German certification company SGS-TÜV Saar GmbH. The second edition of ISO26262 was published in December 2018, with new semiconductor requirements included. Functional safety requirements for semiconductors are increasing, and ABLIC is working to enhance the safety and reliability of automotive products.
2. ABLIC's FuSa product categories
ABLIC's functional safety products fall into three categories. Currently, only the automotive sector is supported.
FuSa process compliant
The ICs are developed in ISO26262-compliant processes according to ASIL level.
ABLIC can provide materials that meet the necessary standards, such as functional safety manuals and FMEDA.
FuSa capable
The ICs are equipped with necessary safety mechanisms according to the ASIL level.
ABLIC can provide FIT rate calculation, FMEA, and FMEDA for functional safety.
FuSa supportive
The ICs are developed for automotive applications.
ABLIC can provide FIT rate calculation and FMEA for functional safety.
