Automotive Real-time Clocks (RTCs)

An automotive real-time clock (RTC) is an IC equipped with a timekeeping function, used in automotive devices to measure and manage time during system sleep periods, such as when the engine is off.
ABLIC's automotive real-time clocks feature a wide operating voltage range from 1.3V to 5.5V, high-accuracy clock correction with a minimum resolution of 1ppm, and operation at 105°C. They achieve longer battery life with an ultra-low current consumption of 0.25μA and are also available in standard gull-wing shaped 8-Pin SOP and 8-Pin TSSOP packages, offering excellent mountability.
Moreover, our automotive real-time clocks are AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) capable. This ensures high quality and reliability, making them suitable for automotive applications such as TCU (Telematic Control Unit).
