The S-34HTS08AB supports two types of communication: I2C (3.3V, 1.0MHz) and I3C (1.0V, 12.5MHz). In addition to the temperature sensor and EEPROM functions similar to those of SPDs for DDR4, a new Hub function is also built-in.
These allow for compatibility with a wide range of DDR5 DIMMs, including those for client and server.

Stable Communication is Achieved
The S-34HTS08AB is equipped with a circuit that controls communication waveforms in the input and output circuits.
The input circuit provides a dead time for input waveform shaking (time when the input circuit does not respond to shaking), thereby achieving communication noise countermeasures. This suppresses communication delays caused by general filtering.
