The S-34HTS08AB supports two types of communication: I2C (3.3V, 1.0MHz) and I3C (1.0V, 12.5MHz). In addition to the temperature sensor and EEPROM functions similar to those of SPDs for DDR4, a new Hub function is also built-in.
These allow for compatibility with a wide range of DDR5 DIMMs, including those for client and server.
