To reduce standby current of an ECU that operates even when a vehicle is parked and the engine is turned off, it is essential to select power ICs and main components such as the MCU with low self-current consumption.

The S-19317/8 Series achieves the self-current consumption of 3.0μA typ, which is optimal for reducing the standby consumption of ECU. In addition, the Enable (EN) Pin allows the entire IC to be put into standby.

S-19311/2 Series responds to this need.
